Co-owner and head bartender Hampus Thunholm, formerly the beverage director at the renowned Swedish restaurant Fäviken, now oversees drink design. Each season, he crafts 17 unique cocktails that highlight the finest pristine produce from around the country.
He is one of Sweden's best bartenders and an international figure.
